"Just wanted to send you a message that I purchased your BL870 spa in November 2007. Installation was a breeze and easy to hook up. I have had
3 types of hot tubs and this by far is the biggest and best hot tub I have owned to date. A plus was also the FREE shipping which saved me hundreds on shipping. The pumps are nice and quiet, the pumps are very strong and the size of the tub is just awesome. This one holds over 650 gallons of water, compare that to most spas that only hold around 400 - 500 gallons, Its huge. The sides of the cabinet easily open up and gives you space if you ever need to work on it. Most tubs have that crappy foam that you need to tear out to fix the plumbing. The bottom of the tub also has solid 4 x 8 sheets on pressure treated plywood which hold the base of the tub together, compared to the other hot tubs that don't
have this extra feature. I love the waterfall and the lighting
features also. I use the Aqua Finesse in the tub which works great for keeping the hot tub nice and clean. The customer service is great, which they are always helpful and pleasant to deal with.
